Steve Goldstein is founder and Managing Partner of Growth Advisors and has over 20 years experience as an entrepreneur, operating executive and management advisor in the communications and information technology industries. He advises growing private and public companies and investors on critical strategy, marketing and management issues.
Steve was a senior partner at the venture-backed strategy and technology services firm DiamondCluster International (NASDAQ: DTPI), co-founded and headed a new materials and electronics venture funded by Texas Instruments, and also ran a $40 million business for TI. He has an engineering degree from Tufts University and an MBA from Boston University, where he was an adjunct professor of strategy. Steve is interviewed and publishes frequently in national and local business media including the Wall Street Journal, Boston Business Journal, Mass High Tech, WBIX and NECN. He regularly moderates and speaks on industry and management panels.

Bill Fleming is a Managing Partner of Growth Advisors and focuses on the life sciences and software sectors. His expertise includes product and market strategies and improving the effectiveness of senior management teams. Bill has over 20 years experience as a consultant, operating manager, and entrepreneur. He was co-founder and President of a software company that was acquired and headed sales for another start-up. Bill has an MA from the University of North Carolina and a BS from Miami University in Ohio and serves on several non-profit boards.
