Meet Steve Goldstein
Managing Partner


Helping companies grow is my passion. For over 20 years, I’ve worked with leaders of Global 1000 and start-up companies to turn sea changes in business, technology, and society into game-changing growth. Working with a mobile phone maker, this focus led to the industry’s first smartphone and control over the consumer market for years; work with a global hardware, software and services company transformed communications around the internet and moved them to industry leadership; with an outsourcing manufacturer, succeeding in high growth markets and exceeding competitor profitability and valuation sets them apart.

My focus today is on helping experienced corporate executives and venture-capital backed entrepreneurs in the high-tech, communications, and manufacturing sectors create new revenue, profits and advantage from opportunities surrounding mobility, convergence, social networking, IT consumerization, and environmental sustainability.


Before starting Growth Advisors, I was a partner at leading consulting firms, ran a P&L for a Fortune 100, and taught at a major Boston business school. I’ve worked with some of the world’s leading strategy thinkers, business executives and a diverse group of talented colleagues.  All of these experiences and my ongoing research and practice inform my ability to provide valuable guidance to clients.
